About The Story

Nÿtrigis is a vast continent filled with mysterious places and creatures. The story will consist out of three different parts, with the first one being the shortest and the second one being the biggest.

Let's have a look at the first part. It is the story which is leading up to the main plot. After spending a few years developing the characters and their motivation, I finally finished a first draft of the story in December 2025. The Prologue is around 250 pages long, with a word count of almost 90.000 words! It tells the story of two girls who need to flee from home to escape some ominous guys who try to chase them. A dangerous journey lies ahead of them... and there aren't many safe places.

I am now moving on to the actual development of the main story. Part two is simply called Nÿtrigis. This is the name of the main continent, where the story takes place. A lot of things will happen here. Writing the first draft will probably take me at least another 5-10 years. To give some more updates on it, I will include trackers about my writing progress here. Keep in mind that these trackers will only show my own estimate of the progress. There's always the possibility of me rewriting everything or suddenly realizing that a part of the story will take much longer to finish than I expected at the start.

If you want, you can already enjoy a short story written by me in 2023. It was originally written in German and is called Geflüsterte Gedanken (or Whispered Thoughts in english). The english version was made by funute, using DeepL, and further proofreading by me.
